Everybody notices the bigger tires. What they usually do not see is everything underneath the machine that makes those tires work.
Stock Geometry Only Leaves So Much Room
Fitting up to 37" tires on a 2026+ Polaris RZR XP S is not just a matter of finding enough room inside the wheel well. The front suspension has to create the clearance, position the tires correctly, and hold up once those larger tires reach rough terrain.
That is why the S3 Power Sports Polaris RZR XP S +2" Forward High Clearance A-Arms do more than replace the factory A-Arms. They change the front-end geometry, improve clearance where the machine needs it, and create a stronger foundation for the rest of the build.
The Polaris RZR XP S is already a capable machine, but its factory suspension was designed around factory dimensions. As tire size increases, those dimensions become more limiting. Clearance behind the front tires gets tighter, the Lower A-Arms stay exposed to rocks and deep ruts, and the front end has less room to work through difficult terrain.
Adding a larger tire without changing the suspension can create a new set of problems. Tire rub, limited clearance, and low-hanging suspension components can keep the machine from using the capability those larger tires were supposed to add. The right A-Arms address the problem at its source.
Move the Front Tires +2" Forward
The S3 Power Sports Polaris RZR XP S +2" Forward High Clearance A-Arms move the factory hub position +2" forward. That extra space helps separate the front tires from the body and suspension, creating room to run up to 37" tires with the proper wheel and tire combination.
Instead of trying to squeeze a larger tire into the factory position, the suspension places it where it has more room to work. The forward position also changes how the front end meets ledges, washouts, and other obstacles. The tire reaches the obstacle sooner, helping the machine climb into it instead of pushing the front corner toward it first.
It is a small change on paper, but it makes a noticeable difference in how the Polaris RZR XP S approaches rough terrain.
High Clearance Where It Matters
A larger tire can help the machine roll over obstacles, but it cannot protect suspension components that still hang low beneath the chassis. The High Clearance Lower A-Arms raise that vulnerable area and create more usable room beneath the front suspension.
Instead of the Lower A-Arms being the first thing to drag across a rock, root, or deep rut, the machine has a better chance to clear the obstacle and keep moving. That becomes especially important on uneven terrain, where one side of the suspension may be compressed while the other is extended.
More clearance under the A-Arms means less hanging up, fewer unnecessary impacts, and more freedom to choose the line that moves the machine forward.

Better geometry and additional clearance only matter when the A-Arms are strong enough to handle the terrain they make possible. These A-Arms are built from 1.5" x .188-wall chromoly tubing, giving the front suspension the strength needed for hard trail riding and larger tires.
Each component is laser-cut and CNC bent for precise fitment before being assembled into a complete bolt-on upgrade. The kit includes all four Front A-Arms, so the entire front suspension works as one matched setup instead of mixing factory and upgraded components.
