JOB SUMMARY

S3 Power Sports is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Custom Fabricator / Builder / Assembler to join our team of builders, fabricators, and race techs. This is a full-time, hands-on position based in our Shreveport, LA facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, mechanical assembly, and off-road or motorsports prep. You’ll work directly on custom builds, prototype chassis, race vehicle prep, and high-end customer projects. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform tube bending, notching, and welding for custom off-road chassis and components
  • Build, assemble, and install custom parts including roll cages, bumpers, suspension, and sheet metal
  • Prep and maintain race vehicles for events: teardown, inspection, fabrication, and final assembly
  • Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications
  • Operate fabrication equipment including tube benders, presses, rollers, shrinkers/stretchers, etc.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues on off-road platforms
  • Assist with product R&D, fixture building, and prototype fabrication
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all shop safety protocols
  • Collaborate with fabricators, mechanics, and engineering staff to meet production deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced experience in metal fabrication, welding (MIG/TIG), and custom vehicle assembly
  • Skilled in tube fitting, chassis design, and structural fabrication
  • Hands-on mechanical ability and comfort working on complex builds
  • Proficient in sheet metal techniques: bending, rolling, shrinking, and stretching
  • Experience reading fabrication drawings, schematics, and blueprints
  • Familiarity with wiring systems, 12V accessories, and basic vehicle electronics
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven shop environment
  • Strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and ability to work independently

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Previous background in off-road fabrication, hot rods, rock crawlers, or race prep
  • Experience with high-end custom builds or small-scale manufacturing
  • Familiarity with UTV, SXS, ATV, or 4x4 platforms (Can-Am, Polaris, Jeep, etc.)
  • Knowledge of suspension geometry and chassis reinforcement

REQUIRED TOOLS

  • Must bring basic mechanic’s tools applicable to fabrication and assembly work

JOB SUMMARY

S3 Power Sports is hiring a Shipping & Logistics Manager to oversee daily outbound operations, freight coordination, and inventory flow. This is a hands-on management role responsible for making sure every order is packaged correctly, shipped efficiently, and delivered without issues. You will manage the process from label creation to final delivery, troubleshoot problems as they arise, and improve how we move parts every day. If you are organized, detail-driven, and proactive in solving problems before they escalate, this is a critical role in keeping our operation running clean and on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily packaging, shipping, and outbound logistics operations
  • Create shipping labels and ensure accuracy across all outgoing orders
  • Generate and compare small package, freight, and international shipping quotes
  • Schedule and coordinate shipment pickups with carriers and freight providers
  • Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or delivery issues
  • Maintain accurate and organized inventory systems
  • Use spreadsheets and internal systems to track orders, shipments, and stock levels
  • Communicate with internal teams to prioritize and organize outgoing shipments
  • Identify inefficiencies and improve shipping and logistics processes
  • Step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations (management or lead role preferred)
  • Strong understanding of small package, freight (LTL), and international shipping processes
  • Ability to generate accurate shipping quotes across multiple carriers
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
  • Dependable and takes ownership of responsibilities

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in eCommerce, manufacturing, or parts distribution environments
  • Familiarity with off-road, automotive, or powersports industries
  • Experience improving or building logistics and inventory processes
  • Knowledge of shipping platforms, carrier systems, or ERP tools

REQUIRED TOOLS

  • Basic computer skills required (spreadsheets, shipping software, tracking systems)
