Take your Machine to a whole new level! We've created packages that allows your X3 Turbo model (120 HP) to make the same horsepower as the X3 Turbo R model (172 hp)! This means that with tuning and a few parts, the X3 Turbo can make the same power as the X3 Turbo R, XDS, XRS and XC models. With the Turbo R fuel pump assembly installed, we can tune your machine to the same power as the big brother versions. Over 185 wheel horsepower (230 engine hp) is achievable! Various power levels and performance tunes are available for both Stock and Big Injectors, with and without a Fuel Pump. See the charts below to help choose which Stage is right for you. *Each Tune is tailored for the specific components installed on your X3, so some Stages require additional hardware. *EVP Silicone Charge Tubes with BOV Port is Available in a variety of colors (Mention color choice in 'Note' on your Cart page before checkout) Purchasing an EVP ECU Power Flash (Tune) requires removal your vehicle's ECU and shipping it. Alternatively, you can Tune Yourself by purchasing a Tuning Device. We've created packages that will allow your base model to make the same horsepower as the 2018 172 hp version or the higher horsepower EVP tunes! This means that with tuning and a few parts, the base model can make the same power as the X3-R, XDS, XRS and XC models. With the 2019 fuel pump assembly, we can tune it to the same power as the big brother versions! Over 185 wheel horsepower (230 engine hp) is achievable! Speed limits raised / TQ limits removed in Low Gear Low Gear rev limit increased from 8300 to 8600 RPMS (9000 RPMs on big injector and Stage 3R tunes) Speed / TQ limits removed in High Gear High Gear rev limit increased from 8300 to 8600 RPMS (9000 RPMs on big injector and Stage 3R tunes) Peak Operating RPM 7900-8100 Engine Speed TQ Limiters removed ("Shaft Saver delete") V-Max Raised Improved throttle response in all modes (E-Gas Settings Improved) - Linear throttle rather than the lazy pedal the factory has programmed Fans set to activate at 165 degrees Race Start - No need to press the brake to start vehicle Fueling is corrected for the various stages so no fuel controllers are needed Software Integrated Intercooler Fan Function Here are the items that differentiate the base model from its brothers: Base model does not have an intercooler Utilizes the same fuel pump assembly as the 2017 models Stock programming is VERY Docile For all Stage 4 Tunes and higher (22+ lbs of boost) we highly recommend our Plenum Reinforcement Brace or Torrent-F Intake Plenum! NOTE: Some customers have asked for tuning option that does not require an intercooler. While this is possible to make a higher horsepower number for a very short dyno run, the fact is the engine power is limited by intake temperature on pump gas - it is only possible to make elevated power for a couple of seconds before the engine must derate to prevent detonation due to high intake temperatures. It is not worth the risk to do a tune without adding an intercooler.
